How much do you charge?
Every shoot is different. I know thats not what you want to hear - but it’s true. As a general guide I’ll do a full day, a half day or by the hour - and any mix thereof as agreed at the quote stage. I don’t want you paying for half a day when all you needed was two hours, I look after my clients and their budgets - because I want you to come back again and again and again.
How does it work?
First, get in touch with me and we’ll chat on the phone/zoom/email about your image needs and check the dates for availability. Then I’ll email you a quote over for formal approval, sometimes with a couple of options on how to best fulfil the brief and you can choose the most appropriate. I’m here to answer any questions or amendments you might have and we’ll get you booked into the diary. Usually, once the shoot is complete and you have viewed your password protected gallery and downloaded the files, you’re invoice will be dispatched.
Do you collaborate?
Yes! As part of my personal projects I love to get together with other creatives such as independent make up artists, hair stylists, fashion graduates and designers who have an “eye catching statement look” they want to use in publicity - get in touch and we can have a chat about your ideas and see what we can come up with.
Do I need a Purchase Order?
Larger companies/organisations, Local Authorities and Educational Institutions have purchasing systems in place which require the quote to raise a Purchase Order. This is to be provided to the supplier (thats me!) before work can commence and must be on the invoice submitted to the finance dept for payment.

Are you insured for location shoots?
Event companies often require a current Public Liability Insurance certificate from the photographer, and I’m pleased to say I’m always happy to provide it. You can rest assured that I am fully insured.
Do I get to keep the image files?
You’ll have a private gallery which will remain live for at least three months, but this can be extended. File sizes and usage will have been discussed before the quote stage, so after the shoot you’ll get the most user friendly, and useable, files for your needs. This will also include the really big high resolution files for graphic design use.
What about updating our social channels during/after the event?
Of course, no problem! As there are several ways to do this, I can fit in with your comms set up at the event..
